Yesterday me and my Whanau were doing beating the win on google drawing. The first thing we had to do is wait for Mrs to send the google to us and make a copy of it and put our name at the top.

Today is Wednesday and for those that read my blogs on a daily basis know that Wednesday is ‘Cybersmart day’.

I know I haven’t been posting any Cybersmart learning lately but it’s because – Ms. Toland (cybersmart teacher) has been ill.

Malo e lelei This term the children in Te Wairua Hub are inquiring about Technological Processes. This topic is all about how all techonlogica phones pens the building of houses cars everything has ch been all about how the processes and design of houses have changed since the the beginning of humans building houses. malo au pito mei a Vaka

Talofa lava  and Hello everyone and  welcome to samoan language Week!! This week for samoan languege week we made  a samoan umu. An umu is a tradititoinal method of cooking food, common with among the Pacific island . We learnt that the umu predominatey/ mostly uses “thermal energy”. We started our day with a samoan prayer took a  group photo, checked on the umu and then had a very competitive game of kitikitit is a samoan cricket.The girls learnt and dance called the siva samoan the girls were so into that they learnt byheart they enjoyed learning something new.

 

Today our Cybersmart Teacher Mrs. Toland came in and introduced to us this activity called SMART FOOTPRINTS SCENARIOS.This activity had a video showing what we do online and what could improve our Digital Footprint, as we will be doing many more activities referring to our SMART FOOTPRINT later on.
